Our pupils learned how to be ‘Down Right Fit’ today with a visit from young people from Foyle Down Syndrome Trust. As well as learning about healthy diets and lifestyles, we also took part in some dancing and finished off with a circuits workout. As you can see from our pictures everyone had a great time!
